Shipping

Orders are processed for shipping within 3-5 business days. Due to the recent increase in volume, please be patient with us as we are a small business! We are shipping as fast as possible!

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. They will be sent first-class mail and usually arrive within 2-5 business days after they are shipped. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

Canadian shipping is $18 USD. We do try to keep taxes and duties as low as possible; however, you may be responsible for your own country’s taxes and customs fees, if applicable. International taxes and fees are subject to change based on the origin of the product. While most international orders arrive within a couple weeks, shipping time varies by country and can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left the United States. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left the United States, please contact the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges if the address is entered incorrectly upon ordering. If a package is returned to the sender, we are happy to resend it, but additional shipping charges will apply. If a package is delivered to the incorrect address and not returned to us, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Lost or Stolen Package/Package and Product Damaged During Shipping

If you purchased Redo shipping protection at checkout, you can file a claim for a lost package or a package that was damaged and resulted in a damaged product.

If you did not purchase Redo shipping protection at checkout, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Once the package is dropped off to USPS, it is out of our hands.
