Love these!! So glad I got them just after getting a new piercing. The piece that I had put in to heal the new hole unscrewed! So it fell out of my ear! I used the insertion tool and put one of these pieces into it! Three weeks and everything is healing fine! Plus it looks so good with the other get pierced pieces I got!
